MIND BODYTREATMENT

Neuropsychology & brain-based mental health care · Oakland & Santa Rosa

Calm the mind.
Retrain the brain.

Mind Body Treatment offers qEEG-guided, medication-free care — neurofeedback, biofeedback, tDCS, and brain mapping tailored to how your brain actually works.

SCROLL

How we work

Your brain, mapped — then gently retrained.

01

Measure

We begin with a quantitative EEG (qEEG) brain map — a painless recording of your brain's electrical activity that reveals the patterns behind your symptoms.

02

Train

Your brain map guides the training. Real-time feedback helps your nervous system practice calmer and more flexible patterns — without medication.

03

Thrive

We re-measure as you progress, so improvement isn't a feeling you hope for — it's a change you can see on the map.

Conditions we treat

Care for the patterns beneath the symptoms.

Common questions

Good care starts with clear answers.

Do you take insurance?

Like most psychologists, we don't bill insurance directly — but we provide a superbill you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Many plans cover a portion of session fees; call your insurer for details.

How long are sessions?

Sessions typically run about 60 minutes, including qEEG brain-mapping appointments.

Do you work with children?

Yes — we see patients ages 5 and up, as long as they're willing to work with us.

What are your office hours?

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at both locations.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are not charged. We review clinic policies, confidentiality, and privacy together in your first session.
