I've practiced meditation for over 17 years. I have training in many meditation techniques, but primarily have concentrated on Zen Buddhism and Hindu traditions. I studied at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and have extensive knowledge on the subject. Meditation is the main reason I am a psychologist today. Teaching people how to meditate is one of my favorite activities, and honestly I would love to teach you too!

We will start with basics, I will teach you various techniques and you can find what works best for you. I will give you resources to take home and use daily. Meditating is one of the most powerful things you can learn for health and wellness. Biofeedback and neurofeedback are technologies that can help you learn meditation quicker, and we can also use them to advance your training.

Fee: $200 per session
