We help you purchase the right equipment, train your staff, and provide ongoing clinical care for your patients.

Clinic Setup: I charge an hourly rate of $200 to help your clinic get started (typically 10-20 hours). 

  • Training up to 5 technicians once

  • Equipment purchase guidance

  • Easy-to-use manuals

  • Business logistics (how to set a fee, help with reimbursement, marketing, etc.)

After your clinic is setup we provide the following clinical care:

  • Mental health treatment via neurotherapy

  • Technician supervision by an expert neurofeedback psychologist

  • qEEG Brain map review

  • Clinical decision making for treatment protocols

  • Patient feedback appointment to provide qEEG results

  • Neurofeedback sessions review (maximum 3 sessions per week)

  • Routine feedback appointments with patients (30 minutes) to review session progress and provide support

  • Optional case consultation with your staff monthly (15 minutes per patient)

  • Free access to Vantage Health for your Staff and Patients
